PURPOSE:
To serve in an advisory capacity to recommend changes for the efficient operation of the Chapter.
OBJECTIVES:
- Meet at least annually for the purpose of reviewing Chapter operations and procedures for recommending changes to the Board.
- Monitor the Chapter's progress against the long-range plan and make recommendations to provide direction in the implementation of the plan, taking into account National HFMA's strategic plan.
- Prepare a written report of the Committee activities and accomplishments for the year and submit the report to the President by April 1st each year. Include in the report recommendations for the following year.
