PURPOSE:
To monitor that the Chapter’s Constitution and Bylaws enable the Chapter to operate efficiently.
OBJECTIVES:
- Review the Chapter's Constitution and Bylaws and make recommendations for changes that may result in improvement of the Chapter's operations.
- Monitor Chapter's adherence to the Constitution and Bylaws.
