Rick Delewski is Chief Financial Officer of the Greater Cincinnati Health Council. In addition to the financial responsibilities of a CFO, Rick is responsible for the Council’s group purchasing program and daily operations. Rick also has financial oversight responsibility for the Health Improvement Collaborative of Greater Cincinnati, a Health Council subsidiary, and he is Secretary of the Hamilton County Hospital Commission.

Before joining the Council in 1996, Rick worked as a financial consultant. Prior to that, Rick worked for 14 years in the Finance & Accounting organization for Procter & Gamble. The majority of Rick’s work at P&G was in the Health Care Sector including assignments as Cost Accounting Manager for P&G’s North American pharmaceutical business and Finance Manager for P&G Pharmaceuticals- Puerto Rico.

Rick is a volunteer at the Cincinnati Association for the Blind & Visually Impaired, and he serves on the Board of Trustees and the Finance and Investment Committee at CABVI. Rick holds an MBA from the University of Chicago and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Notre Dame.

Jan is native to the Dayton area and received her BS in Accountancy from Wright State University in 1981. She spent 3 years in public accounting as an auditor with Ernst & Whinney (now Ernst & Young), where she worked with a number of not-for-profit organizations, including several hospitals, and she earned her CPA. She joined Grandview Hospital in 1984. When the Grandview and Kettering systems merged in 1999, she became Controller/Director of Finance for the Kettering Health Network. In this role, Jan is responsible for overseeing financial reporting, general accouning, budgeting, decision support, payroll and accounts payable.

She is active in HFMA, serving on the Newsletter Committee, the May Institute Committee and the Education Committee. She has been a member of HFMA since 1984 and has achieved the Fellowship designation in HFMA. She lives in Kettering with her husband.
