PURPOSE:
To perform a Self Assessment of the Chapter each year to review progress and plan for the
future, review strengths and weaknesses, and to develop plans for improvement. Based on survey results, a completed
Plan is due to HFMA by June 1st. A summary of the Plan is distributed to the chapter membership. Every other year,
the Chapter will participate in the National HFMA survey.
OBJECTIVES:
- Complete the Davis Chapter Management Self Assessment requirement.
- Present the Self-Assessment at the Chapter planning meeting.
- Submit the completed plan to HFMA by June 1st.
