PURPOSE:
To provide the annual Membership Directory to Chapter members.
OBJECTIVES:
- Prepare the Annual Membership Service plan.
- Distribute the Plan to Chapter members, and send four copies to the National HFMA by November 10.
- Prepare a written report of the Committee activities and accomplishments for the year and submit the
report to the President by April 1st each year. Include in the report recommendations for the following year.
